DESCRIPTION:STA Level 2 Award in Aquatic Teaching – Baby & Pre-School\n  \nBaby & Pre-School swimming teachers are able to seek employment in a wide variety of leisure facilities including private health clubs\, school swimming pools through to large local authority leisure centres.  As a baby and pre-school teacher\, you would be responsible for planning\, delivering and evaluating a series of progressive and fun swimming lessons. \nTeaching babies\, toddlers and their accompanying adults a range of basic aquatic and safety skills such as floating\, rotation\, submersion and basic swimming strokes.  You would be responsible for ensuring the lesson area and appropriate equipment was safe and promote good teaching and learning. \nThis is a 4 day course. \n9.00 am – 5.00 pm (Tuesday to Friday) \n9.00 am – 11.30 am (Friday) – Examination \n  \nEntry Requirements: \n\nAge 18 or above\nHold a current STA Membership\nHold the Safety Award for Teachers or acceptable equivalent\nHold the STA Safeguarding Children\, Young People and Vulnerable Adults certificate or acceptable equivalent\n\n  \nOn the day \n\nBring own lunch\nBring swimming kit\n\n  \nTo book or find out more information please give the team a call on 01785 817534 or drop us an email.
